Sub Payments & Kit Payments
Club Subscription & Payment Policy
All players representing the club must ensure that their monthly or yearly subscription fees are paid in full and kept up to date.
Subscription fees contribute towards essential running costs, including league fees, league association costs, and training expenses.
- To be eligible to play, all players must be registered on either a direct debit plan or have paid their yearly subscription in full via the club website.
- Failure to make payment will result in the following process:
1. Two payment reminders will be issued.
2. If no payment is made and no agreed payment date is arranged, the player will be suspended from playing and training activities until the balance is cleared.
- Continued non-payment, or refusal to pay outstanding fees, may result in the club pursuing the matter through small claims proceedings and debt recovery enforcement (including bailiffs).
Club Kit
- All players are required to purchase their club kit online via the official club platform.
- Once purchased, the kit becomes the property of the player and may be retained.
By registering and playing for the club, players and parents/guardians agree to comply with this payment policy.
Disciplinary Policy: Yellow & Red Cards
All players are expected to demonstrate good conduct and sportsmanship at all times.
- Yellow and red cards are issued in accordance with the rules set by the The Football Association (FA). These are national regulations, not club-specific rules, and apply to all clubs and leagues across the country.
- Fines for cautions and dismissals are set by the FA and typically fall within the following ranges:
- Yellow cards: £10 – £15
- Red cards: £40 – £55
- All fines incurred must be paid by the player’s parent or guardian within the required timeframe.
- Failure to pay fines may result in suspension from football activities. This suspension is applied to the player’s FA record, meaning it will still apply even if the player leaves the club and joins another team, as it is linked to their whole-game account.
- If a player or parent/guardian wishes to challenge a card or fine, this must be done through the FA.
- Please note that unsuccessful appeals may result in increased fines or further sanctions.
By participating in the club, players and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to adhere to these FA regulations.
